Authors and Authors responsibilities
The journal does not charge for the submission process and also for publishing accepted articles.
The Editors of the Asian Exercise and Sport Science Journal expect each researcher and author to have an important contribution to the study which was nominated for publishing in this journal. All researchers should be familiar with the research data and results of the study. The Editors of the journal also expect each researcher and author to have completely read the article before submitting it and to take responsibility for data. the content and the whole of the manuscript and to understand that if the article, or any part of the manuscript, is found to be faulty or fraudulent or have copyright penalty, that he/she shares responsibility with his/her co-researchers. made an important scientific contribution to the study and to be thoroughly familiar with the original data of research.
All funding resources and also supporting institute or corporate affiliations should be disclosed in an article at the authors' affiliation section or acknowledge part.
The journals of the Asian Exercise and Sport Science accept only research articles that are original study, no part of papers that already has been submitted for publication at other journals except as brief abstracts at conferences or abstract books. When submitting a manuscript, the corresponding researcher should include along with the cover letter, copies of related manuscripts submitted.
The journals of the Asian Exercise and Sport Science require all authors of the study to sign the letter of PUBLISHED STATEMENT OF INFORMED CONSENT and submit it during manuscript submission. The corresponding author needs to register at the official website of AESSJ journal and submit their paper by the given account. Email notification for new submission will be sent to the list of authors in the article and corresponding authors are responsible for having ensured that the author agrees with submission at this journal and approved manuscript submission. Any changes to the article and author list after submission, such as a change in the name of authors, order of author list, deleting names, and related aspects need to approve by the chief-in-editor. Corresponding authors may follow up their manuscript status by login into the journal website at any time. The corresponding author may send requests and messages in the online form at the journal website.
Peer-review process
All manuscripts after the pre-review process by the managing editor will be sent for a minimum of two international reviewers (Depend on the research topic). The online review system (OJS) is using by this journal and all processes of submission and review to publication could be tracked by authors. The discussion section for any comment is installed at the author panel.
The reviewer of this journal using an online comment system inside the journal system to commenting and rate articles. There are four types of the decision including Accepted, Accept with major corrections, Accepted with minor corrections and Decline.

The correspondent author is the only person that requests for article withdraw at any process of review and before online publication.
Plagiarism: Taking material from another study and submitting it as one's own is considered plagiarism. Taking material (including tables, figures, and data; or extended text passages) from the author's own prior publications is considered duplicate publication or self-plagiarism and is not permitted. All manuscripts will be checked by Plagiarism Software before the review process. Any plagiarism report after publication date approved by Editors-in-Chief may be caused by retracting published article.
Human and Animal Ethics: Authors using humans, animals, or fetal tissue in their experiments should submit ethical approval from their organization or institute.
Open Access
The Asian Exercise and Sport Science Journal is an open-access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

Retraction & Article Removal
The retraction of an article by its authors or editorial board needs to be approved by the journal's Editor-in-chief.
A retraction note titled “Retraction: [article title]” signed by the authors and/or the editor is published in the paginated part of a subsequent issue of the journal and listed in the contents list.
In the electronic version, a link is made to the original article.
The HTML version of the document is will be replaced by the text: "Article Retracted" or "Article retracted for legal reasons".
The original article is retained unchanged save for a watermark on the .pdf indicating on each page that it is “retracted.”
