Background: One of the most popular sport extracurricular activities is football. Endurance and strength for teenage footballers are needed as basic physical components. Objective: This study was aimed at validating an endurance and strength training program for extracurricular soccer players in secondary schools. Methods: This research is a development with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Participants consisted of 5 nationally licensed physicists and two nationally licensed soccer coaches. The research was conducted in four stages. The first stage is the qualitative stage where documents in the form of e-books, textbooks, and articles relevant to preparing the program are reviewed. The second stage is the quantitative stage which is carried out using the Delphi technique where an assessment is carried out on the program that has been structured until a consensus occurs. The third stage is to analyze the results with the content validity ratio formula to see the content validity. The fourth stage is the stage of analyzing the results by applying the Cronbach Alpha reliability test with the help of SPSS 23 Results: The content validity value obtained from the assessment of the seven experts was between 0.8 and 1.00, indicating that the content validity was good. Cronbach Alpha analysis found 0.571 > 0.6 and 0.346 > 0.6 which indicated that the experts' agreement had good reliability. Conclusion: The structured endurance and strength training program has good content validity and reliable reliability. For this reason, the program that has been arranged can be applied as a physical exercise program for high school extracurricular football players
